Kirk Hammett ~ lockdown and the Future of Music!
I love the mindset of success. You could be forgiven if you exhibited negativity during the pandemic and lockdown as a guitarist, or any instrumentalist, to be fair. As the teachers were gearing up to teach remotely or online, students couldn’t get that magic one-on-one tuition with social distancing mandates.
For Kirk Hammett, success would seem to be more of spinning a negative into a positive and yes, he is demonstrating that he is a leader within the guitar player community by being positive!
I’m not sure if I would agree with him, being a teacher myself during lockdown was having devastating results for many of my guitar teacher friends. But, is Kirk Hammett right in saying that the lockdowns ”bodes very well for the future of music”?
Do you agree or disagree?
