AVENGED SEVENFOLD Begins Teasing New Album Via Postcard
07/11/2022The release of the next Avenged Sevenfold album is getting closer! At the very least, that is what this postcard implies. On Twitter, a fan shared a postcard they had received that featured the band’s name and an hourglass on the front and the year “2023” next to a vase of flowers on the back. You can see the item of merchandise in the backdrop.
We’re all eagerly awaiting Avenged Sevenfold to reveal their album and tour schedule, so it appears that moment is almost near. We only know that Andy Wallace (Slayer, Sepultura, Faith No More), who has mixed every Avenged Sevenfold record since City Of Evil in 2005, mixed the upcoming album.
A 78-piece orchestra is included on the new album, which Wackerman remarked in a previous image has contributed to the new record being “unlike anything we’ve ever released.”
Wackerman Comments: “Well… this Happened on Tuesday. We-Avenged Sevenfold– started writing this record 4 years ago and I can’t believe we are 90% done…One of the perks-in the creative process- is that we are able to track a 78 piece orchestra on our records,”
